At Park Hyatt Milan, we want to make sure that all our guests are able to take advantage of every activity the hotel has to offer.

We offer six rooms designated specifically for physically challenged guests.

Facilities in disabled rooms include:

  • Rooms located near fire exits for quick access; guests with special needs will receive immediate assistance
  • Wheelchair-accessible doors
  • Portable bathtub bench and rail
  • Full roll-in showers
  • An audiovisual alarm system
  • Assistance alarms located in the bathrooms to alert the operator
  • Adapted writing desk and vanity units to allow wheelchair access
  • Access to toilets on the ground floor in the public areas  
  • Easy access to all hotel restaurants
  • Easy access to all guest elevators
  • Car parking service with a ramp for ease of access
In addition, allow us to "bring the Spa to you" with in-room massages, facials and body treatments, as well as beauty salon services.  On request, our Spa therapist will offer physically challenged guests all our Spa treatments in the privacy of their own room.

Park Hyatt Milan also offers wheelchairs on request from the concierge.
